The Multi Crystal LB 2111 gamma counter from BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES GmbH is a compact, robust and easy-to-use instrument for most applications in clinical diagnostics and research where gamma-emitting isotopes are used.

Sample loading is made easy and convenient by means of 12 position sample racks that are simply inserted into the matching boreholes of the detector crystals. Sample throughput is high as 12 tubes (or even 24 tubes with the extended model) can be measured at a time.

In addition it offers the advantage of operating without any moving parts. Instrument self diagnosis and instrument QC software with CHI test function ensure day–to–day reliability and provide necessary documentation according to GLP regulations.

The instrument is either available with video terminal and printer or with the dedicated BERTHOLD TECHNOLOGIES GmbH immunoassay software LBIS, operated through a PC.
